Madi most recently worked at the Emily Program, where she developed a passion for working with individuals struggling with disordered eating. She has a special spot in her heart for working with teens and young adults grappling with anxiety, self-esteem, and body image issues as well as children of First Responders. She also enjoys supporting those struggling with sexual concerns, trauma, gender/sexual identity, and relationship issues. Madi works with teens, young adults, couples, ethical non-monogamy, and families navigating life stress. Madi is identity-affirming, sex-positive, enjoys working with the LGBTQIA+ community, and operates from body-neutral/HAES perspectives.
Her therapeutic style is characterized by warmth and empathy with a touch of humor. She believes in the transformative power of compassion and authenticity and employs a client-centered, collaborative, and integrative systemic approach. Kirsten has a special interest in working with adolescents and young adults (ages 13-25). Kirsten is formally trained as an Art Therapist, which she utilizes alongside DBT, CBT, and other expressive therapies to help clients feel comfortable. Kirsten believes therapy happens when the therapeutic space feels welcoming, non-judgmental, and safe. Based on this, Kirsten takes a humanistic approach to focus on building and maintaining the therapeutic relationship. Kirsten enjoys being solution focused in sessions and utilizes humor frequently as a form of connection with her clients. Kirsten began her work in day treatment programs for adolescents. Kirsten is well versed in working with trauma, depression, anxiety, social anxiety, self-esteem, body image, teenage issues, family challenges, communication challenges, and eating disorders. Kirsten is a Health At Every Size provider and has special interest in working with people in eating disorder recovery.
Kirsten was trained as an art therapist and completed her master’s degree at Adler Graduate School in MN. Kirsten obtained her Bachelor’s of Art Therapy at Alverno College in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Sandra enjoys working with individuals, teens (15+), families, and couples from a collaborative standpoint. Whether you need extra support with a transitional phase or want to unpack generational trauma, you can expect compassion, warmth, and curiosity from Sandra. She believes in being authentic, supportive, and non-pathologizing as she works from a systemic lens. She has special interests in sex therapy, particularly non-dominant relationship structures, intimacy and desires. She enjoys working with couples navigating boundaries while building trust and connection. Sandra utilizes a strength-based approach and incorporates Narrative Therapy in her work with clients.
Sandra is fluent in Spanish, culturally-sensitive, and honors intersecting identities. Sandra has additional training in Brainspotting and Gottman's Couples Therapy Method.

Bennett has built extensive skills in working with neurodiversity and gender issues and oversaw several groups for teens here at Lineage. His style combines a warm and accepting attitude with humor and a challenge to do things differently.
Bennet has experience in a variety of settings, including chemical dependency treatment, sexual abuse, and domestic abuse. They are passionate about working with clients who struggle with ADHD, depression, anxiety, and family conflict. They are also committed to supporting LGBTQIA+ clients (ages 12- adult) and their families through gender exploration, sexuality and the general ups and downs of mental health.
Bennet completed his Master's degree in social work at the U of MN-Duluth and is licensed as a clinical social worker.

Rebekah, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, began her counseling career over fifteen years ago. She is a certified EMDR therapist, has experience with eating disorders, couples, trauma, First Responder Stress and is a board approved supervisor.
She often uses analogies and humor to help clients work through tough places and find new solutions. Her passion is providing quality therapy so that each client, from any background or area of need, from new to long-standing counseling journeys, will feel comfortable at Lineage Counseling.
As a Clinical Supervisor, she looks to make Lineage a high quality clinic and to train the next generation of therapists to be innovative, curious and excellent at their profession.
