These include EMDR, Brainspotting, Internal Family systems, guided imagery and talk therapy. We encourage you to go at a pace that works for you and discuss options that fit your situation and way of operating in the world.
Counseling can be beneficial to couples of all kinds, who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, improve their sex life, recover from a betrayal or explore non-traditional relationship. We utilize a wide variety of approaches including trauma techniques, attachment styles, coping skills and intimacy building techniques.
For those that are exploring who they are or need support in navigating medical, family, or interpersonal hurdles. We provide a wide variety of support and take a non-judgmental stance in helping you find your way through, including insight therapy, building core self, connecting with community, building assertiveness skills and lowering anxiety.
Teens are welcome to participate in individual therapy through talk therapy, art therapy, and skills work.
Family therapy is also an option for teens and parents or for parents and adult children learning to communicate better and solve issues.
